Food

before you decided for planning have the baby . you should organised about you life style . to be honest my life style ( food ) i never thought it is food health or no i am still keep eating .

i have been reading in Google or watching on Youtube  about pregnancy . actually it is very difficult for me  but no matter i should do that  and
 change your style healthy life . from Google or Youtube say we must be check to the doctors or what . actually i did before i getting married i and my husband was fun nothing happened . . i hope will not happened after married between us .

 "what kind of food we should eat the during program or planing  for get pregnant ?"


1.BROCCOLI



Broccoli is very important for a pregnancy plan because
  content that is believed to be able to balance estrogen levels and increase fertility and can also make the body healthy not only for women for men can consume broccoli. Another thing is broccoli can also eliminate dangerous diseases


note: i and my husband having eat broccoli almost every day this is healthy for our body and launches our plan for the future



2. SALMON 

Salmon .. 
ohh it is my favourite fish in whole my life and do u know price how much is it ? yes is bit expensive .but you should eating this salmon for helping you  getting pregnant 

do you know  Salmon is rich in omega 3 fatty acids, which are needed to maintain health. Omega-3 helps fertility by regulating the production of reproductive hormones and increasing blood flow to the reproductive organs.


3.Milk 

If you are planning a pregnancy, choose whole milk instead of fat-free ones. Cow's milk naturally has a balance between male and female hormones. therefore choose low-fat milk 


4. EGG


One egg has about 10 percent of recommended iron and zinc intake, plus vitamin B, and 16 percent of daily vitamin A intake, which helps the formation of reproductive hormones. Some holistic practitioners say vitamin A improves the quality of cervical fluid and if you want to have a plan for pregnancy you should only eat the egg white. because egg yolks are not good for pregnancy planning


5.Olive oil

Studies show that eating too much fat in hydrogenated oil can increase the risk of female infertility problems. The best way is to replace the oil used to fry into olive oil. Rich in fatty acids that are good for the body, heart, and cholesterol levels, while balancing a healthy endocrine system. therefore olive oil is important for pregnancy planning so replace the oil you use in olive oil


6. Almond

Almond is rich in vitamin E, an antioxidant that plays an important role in reproductive health. Vitamin E in women helps the body absorb the vitamins needed to produce hormones. In men, treatment using vitamin E can encourage sperm count. A quarter of almonds contain 9 mg of vitamin E, or about 45 percent of the recommended vitamin intake. Almonds also contain good nutrients for other fertility, such as copper and monounsaturated fat.
 this the main food you have to do to make your life healthy and smooth your plans in pregnancy and still have many this to do for getting pregnancy very soon . i will wring in next blog
